Happy Easter Week!

Hello Wee Vikings!

We miss everyone so much! We pray that you and your family are well.  I have revamped the blog to make it a little easier to read and follow.

This week we will talk about Easter.
Easter is the time that we celebrate what Jesus did for us.  He died on the cross for us.
This is the perfect little you-tube video made by some children in New Zealand.  It tells the Easter story through the eyes of a child.

If you've missed Mrs. Dana.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-06JUQtbVU4&feature=youtu.be

Today we will learn about Palm Sunday.  Yesterday was Palm Sunday.  If you can,  trace your hand, color it green and cut them out with your mom's safe scissors. If you  tape them together you can  make a palm.  If you are lucky you may find some palms in the woods, they grow low to the ground around here. If you find any, please send us a picture.
Palm Sunday is the time that Christians remember when Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey to celebrate the Passover with His disciples. Crowds of people followed him and waved palms in the air for Him.  With your hand cut palm, you can retell the Easter story.

If you have any paint you can learn how to paint a palm frond ( leaf) here.                                                Be sure to ask your mom for some paper to paint on.

How cool is that?

If you miss Mrs. Keena, she's being a little silly here with some
 Runny Babbit talk

I would like for us to learn a new song..  It's a great reminder of what God can do for us right now.

Wishing everyone a great day! We pray that your family is healthy and happy!

We love you!
