100th Day of School

Wednesday was the 100th day of school. I personally would prefer time to slow down.

  I can't believe we have been in school so long. On the 100th day we celebrated with 100 exercises, eating the number 100, counting to 100, reading "The 100th Day Worries", cutting 100 paper strips to make a 100 link paper chain and wishing for 100 of whatever they chose. It was a fun week! 

Art with Mrs Jaime

With Mrs Jaime we get to learn about the art process.. It really takes a lot of concentrating and following directions but In the end we love the finished product! 

Hansel and Gretal Week

We have had a great time reading about Hansel and Gretal. Nibble nibble like a mouse, whose that nibbling on my house?

This week we read many books about the gingerbread man. Some books had happier endings than others. 😃 

We ate gingerbread men, and we made gingerbread men and a gingerbread house

We had a great start to the new year.

Happy New Year!

We welcomed a new Wee Viking today! 

Her name is Parker Brumbalow. Her two older sisters are at FPD, one in K and one in 1st. She didn't miss a beat !

Today we just reacquainted ourselves to the real world.  I think everyone was ready to be back!
