Today we will talk about the cross. We know you can draw one. Do any of your neighbors have a cross in their yard right now? Do you have one in your yard? What did Jesus do on the cross?
I have one in my yard. Send me a picture if you do.
The Three Trees is a beautiful book. Watch it with your mom and dad. It is the sweetest.

If you have paint or construction paper you can create a cross like this. If you use construction paper be sure to tear if into tiny pieces. That's a great exercise to keep your hands strong. You can glue the pieces on to make it colorful. If you use paint you can use your finger to make dots.
It will look like this.
If you can find 2 sticks outside and some string or rope you can make a cross like this too. Miss. Allison made crosses out of palm fronds.
If you make a cross you can share it with your neighbor or your grandparents, They would love it and you would show them how much Jesus loves us!
You could even draw a big cross in your driveway with sidewalk chalk to tell people about Jesus.
Remember the Easter story with this sweet video:
Remember we are learning the song: JESUS, Strong and Kind.
I want us all to sing it loud and clear.
Remember that we love you and that we are praying for you. Tomorrow Mrs. Dana will do a morning message and we will draw a cross and some Easter flowers. Miss Allison has a special story she will read also.
We pray you are staying healthy and happy. Thank you God for the pretty weather. We are able to get outside and be creative when the weather is pretty.
Send me pictures of your crosses and I will post them tomorrow. We love you!
