Blue Ribbon Award

FPD elementary school received the Blue Ribbon Award today. We are the ONLY private school in Georgia to receive it.  In order to achieve this the school must score in the top 15% of the nation!  It is a huge honor!

Sensory play on a rainy day!

Some children didn't want to get their hands messy but we try to encourage it.. The more they work with their hands the better their fine motor skills are. The better their fine motor skills are the better their handwriting and cutting skills.  Please encourage lots of coloring, play dough and other little things that strengthen their fine motor development. Practice makes perfect!

First day of Fall

Today we went to Art with Mrs. Jaime.  We will spilt the class each week for more individual attention. We painted our portfolios for this years art. 

After snack we then tore paper to make apples. 

Then we glued them to our apple trees. 

Our first Music class

Mrs. Mindy was lots of fun today.. Head Sboulder Knees and Toes 

The Three Little Pigs

Today we read The Three Little Pigs. We then made our own books to read at home.
